December 2011 The apartment has been great (#303) - location was perfect. Paul, thanks so much again for your 11th hour arrangements. November 2011 The service was excellent and I was completely satisfied with the experience. The apartment was so comfortable and had all the amenities of home. I definitely plan on staying in that apartment #385 (if it's available) during my next visit to Lima. Paul was a delight to correspond with, so polite, thorough and ready to answer all my questions within a 24 hour period. The location (#228) was very good for us and Frank was more than cordial. Overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend Apartment Club Peru.

Many thanks to Paul for sorting out all the confusion the owner caused on check-out. ACP were great from the moment we made an initial enquiry until we left the property with our guarantee intact. I was very impressed & grateful how you sorted everything out long after you'd had your commision.

Having a washer dryer allows you to take less clothes for traveling. The security opening the gate is great. Love the proximity to everything and entertaining is easy.
It was very nice to see Paul as we arrived at the Apartment around 1:00 a.m. He is such a great guy and we really appreciated all his help and assistance prior to getting to Lima.Good luck and hope to keep in touch. The corner we stayed was well located.

We had a wonderful time and liked both rented apartments. We would definetly use your services again. The apartment (193) was very nice in respect of it's layout and general accommodation. February 2011 Very happy with the services. I really enjoyed the apartment (#217) in Miraflores and the whole experience with the apartment club. Mr. Gibbs was always helpful and willing to answer any question and provided the best service possible. I strongly recommend the apartment club in Peru.

Very nice apartment (172) We are your customers for several years and we trust you are good at this. We are always travelling and renting this type of apartments because is easy for us, we like to cook and enjoy time.
The location of the apartment was perfect (193), nice and comfortable furniture, the living room, the dinning room, kitchen, bedrooms, everything looked nice. Hans and I continue refering your company to our friends.
It was a good experience. We were very pleased with the apartment (302). December 2010 ... the whole process was great.
The apartment was ok, but very small, the pictures where somewhat deceiving, made the apartment look bigger. Now the high points where the services in the building, top floor pool incredible view, the laundry service convenient and inexpensive, the ping-pong table (they have to buy new paddles though were very old). ... the location was the high point, very centric walking distance from Larcomar and Kennedy Park and many incredible restaurants, easy access to taxis and a pharmacy right accross the street very handy. Was a nice experience very central and I wish could stay longer need to go back to my home country I will be back thanks to everyone from Apartment Club Peru

Overall the apartment was good, clean with ample space. Picture quality of television good ... September 2010 The apartment (249) as comfort was fine, a little bit of an effort to go 3 floors but it was very spacious.
Paul was very helpful and nice, he did his job perfectly. I really enjoyed my stay with Apartment Club Peru. The apartment (319) was centrally located. Very new and clean. The check in and check out process was very efficient. Paul was a very nice guy who was always on time and available on the phone.
The whole process has been really great and efficient. I wish everyone does business this way because I am an independent business owner as well and I appreciate the way you run your business.
Highly recommended. I will recommend Apartment Club Peru to anybody that would want to travel to Lima. For us, it was the solution, having a somewhat large family, to have a place to work as a base to visit Lima and Peru.

Thanks!! August 2010 Second time I have used ACP for my short period of stay in Lima, Perú. Outstanding help by Mr. Gibbs helping me pick the best location. The view from the apt. (267) was unique and wonderful. Experienced a minor issue with the wireless connection at the apartment, however in a matter of a few hours the issue was resolved. Indeed ACP is the best choice if one is looking for a great stay while in Perú.

February 2010 I enjoyed my time and everything went smoothly - excellent location (198) and enjoyed a nice party with friends on the balcony. I appreciated all of the kitchenware and kitchenette and put it to good use. Mr. Gibbs is great! Thanks Paul! i had an amazing experience. i literally book my stayed 1 day before the arrival and Apartment Club Peru associates made it happen by finding me an apartment at the last minute. Paul and Frank were very helpful. Paul who was the associate he meet me at the apartment late at night from my late arrival. the apartment was very clean and the pictures show the same as the apartment. The web site is easy to navigate and has a lot of information compare to the other websites in Peru. I recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a great stay. January 2010 Our stay in Lima and the apartment (95) was great. We were right in the area we wanted. When we return we will get in touch again. Do you ever have "rent with option to buy"? Our plans are to move to Peru and we will either rent long term or buy.
Before our next visit in Lima we will contact you for a apartment, perhaps we can get one with terrace I have used your services on my last 3 trips to Lima and have always been satisfied and recommended you when people ask about it ... it was a great place and i will never stay in a hotel again in Lima. Overall the experience was very good. There were a few problems with the apartment (308) such as the stove and the internet connection, but the owner was very responsive to dealing with these issues. Good apartment (300), clean, comfortable, excellent appliances and facilities. The apartment (198) was represented as on website and I was overall happy with it. Wow.. what an incredible experience!! What are the chances of having our Apartment Club Peru Representative accompany us on most of our quests!! Thanks again Frank! December 2009 I shall recommend your excellent service. I thank Frank for being at the apartment (172) and explaining me the contract, and Paul for returning my calls and inquiries promptly when I missed the connection. Also, the apartment owner allowed me to to stay longer due to my late flight, and I did not have any trouble in getting my deposit back.

December 2008 I stayed at one of Apartment Club Peru's apartments. My stay was from December 17 to December 24 2008 and our experience was great.
This is the second time we have booked an apartement through Apartment Club Peru and again our expectations were exceeded.
The apartment (80) was in Miraflores close to everything. We can't wait to book our next holiday there Paul Gibbs was very helpful for us to settle in Peru. He waited over an hour to get us checked in. Everything was perfect on this trip. Frank was exceptional taking us out in Lima. Thank you. During my recent 1 week trip to Lima, I needed a clean, comfortable and convenient location to both reside in and conduct some business with associates. Apartment Club Peru rented me a really nice 3 bedroom apartment (119), equipped with high speed data internet services, a big color television, a well equipped kitchen and all the linen and supplies I needed to be comfortable. Check in was a breeze with the Apartment Club representative checking me in at 1:00am in the morning. As well, check out was seamless with the representative arriving, checking through my apartment and returning my security deposit all within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company for high integrity and good quality apartment rental services.
